Holistic Advice on Exercise, Diet and More with My Plan After 50.

“If I knew at 25 I was going to live this long, I’d have taken better care of myself.” That’s a quip most Boomers can use. Truth is, though, life expectancies now tell us that our life after 50 may well extend 30, 40, or even more years into the future. How healthy will that life be for you? If you’re not sure, are you open to advice or personal coaching to develop a comprehensive plan for a healthy retirement life?

Recent research documents that, for all our talk about diet, exercise and other health-related behaviors, Boomers are less healthy—more overweight and less in shape—than our parents’ generation at the same respective ages. Despite all the good advice available to us, we don’t seem to be incorporating holistic health into our overall life plan.
