Margy Altmix, president of My Plan After 50, conducted a workshop entitled “Proactively Addressing the Holistic Needs of Workers over 50 and Their Employers” at the inaugural Rocky Mountain Conference on Aging in Loveland, Colo., in October.
The workshop explored the importance of holistic planning by individuals and employers, the issues both employees and employers face in dealing with an aging workforce, and My Plan After 50’s comprehensive platform focused on helping boomers through life’s major transitions through its unique eight-step blueprint for leading a vibrant life after age 50.
